Classes are aimed at all abilities and we make modifications as we go to make postures safe and accessible. Your yoga practice is about you and where you are right now. You might just surprise yourself with what you can achieve.
Please bring your own mat and whatever props you may need. A few yoga blocks and a belt/strap can be really helpful. You may also want to bring a blanket or extra layers to keep warm during relaxation. Mats can be borrowed.
